About Us

Logan’s Landing was founded by Carrie Biery, a devoted mom with a background in hospitality management and a mission to make the world more inclusive for her son Logan, who is autistic and nonverbal. After experiencing firsthand how many everyday places weren’t built with sensory needs in mind, Carrie drew on her professional expertise to create environments that are not only welcoming but thoughtfully designed for all children. What began as one mother’s determination to create safe, inclusive spaces has grown into a nonprofit focused on inclusive travel, play, and everyday experiences for families everywhere.

Carrie is supported by a passionate and diverse board. Samantha, our treasurer, is also an autism mom with a background in hospitality management—she understands firsthand the everyday challenges families face in a world that often overlooks their needs. Paige, our secretary, brings valuable experience in special education and applied behavior analysis, combining professional insight with a deep commitment to inclusion. 

Our board also includes Shaunna, Amy, Carol, Angela, Natalie, and Ana each of whom brings unique strengths, perspectives, and dedication to advancing our mission of inclusion for all children.
